We continue to invest in the latest, state of the art, machine tools using the most advanced computerized controls and operated by experienced technicians. Guill endeavors to be the most cost efficient manufacturer while adhering to a “Continuous Improvement” Quality principle.
Machining Range
We are able to manufacture extrusion tooling that produces micro-tube measuring .005 inches in diameter to pipe exceeding 18 inches in diameter. Machining capacities include 4 Axis Machining Centers, Wire EDM capable of machining material measuring 15 inches cubed and small hole machining to .008 inches diameter.
